1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Antsthropic. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Antsthropic is operated by Zaptos Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By using the service you enter into a binding agreement with Zaptos Ltd.

2. Brand Name & Beta Status

"Antsthropic" is a playful working title — a deliberate wordplay combining ants (our mascot and visual theme) with Anthropic, the AI research company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Anthropic PBC in any way. The name is used purely for creative and humorous purposes during our beta phase.

This service is currently in beta. "Antsthropic" is our working name for now and may change prior to or upon full commercial launch. Zaptos Ltd reserves the right to rebrand the service at any time.

3. Description of Service

Antsthropic is an AI-powered social assistant that helps you stay connected with your social circle. The service provides:

• Daily voice-note ingestion and social summarisation via Telegram
• Automated coordination of plans, events, and check-ins with your contacts
• Personalised social digests delivered through Telegram
• Contact management and relationship tracking
• Integration with third-party messaging platforms

4. User Accounts

To use our services you must register with a valid Telegram account and provide your Telegram ID. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

5. Subscription and Payments

Antsthropic may offer the following access tiers:

• Early Access (Beta): Free access during the initial launch period for invited users
• Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with full feature access, announced prior to launch

Where payments apply, they will be processed securely through an authorised payment processor. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Antsthropic for:

• Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws
• Generating harmful, malicious, or deceptive content directed at others
• Harassment, stalking, or unauthorised monitoring of individuals
• Attempting to circumvent security or access controls
• Interfering with other users' access to the service
• Reverse engineering or extracting source code or AI models
• Reselling or sublicensing the service without written authorisation

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service — including your Telegram ID and the content of your daily updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is processed solely to deliver your personalised social digest and coordinate your social interactions on your behalf. By using the service you consent to this processing.

8. Intellectual Property

Antsthropic and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Zaptos Ltd. You retain ownership of the personal content you provide (voice notes, messages, preferences). By using our services, you grant Zaptos Ltd a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Zaptos Ltd is not liable for temporary service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
